  • Dark Continent Four Holers - African 707s Pt1: North Africa

Africa has a proud and interesting history of national airlines and the type that unifies almost all of them is the Boeing 707 which found a home in the dark continent with flag carriers well into the late 1980s and with shadier cargo haulers into the 2000s.

This is a re-engineered old post but with new photos and Aeroclassics lovely mould what's not to like:

African airlines tend to be colourful with traditional smart cheatlines on their 707s. I haved these four as well as Cameroun Airlines, Nigeria Airways and Zambia Airways 707s from Aeroclassics. I would love to see Ugand Airlines,Kenya Airways and Air Rhodesia/Air Zimbabwe done by Aeroclassics.
