Hello everyone,

As a consequence of the problems with Photobucket and for easier sorting of the big variety of my models I now split up my models into different treads depending on the origin of the custom in question.

Here we have the Asian customs tread, starting of with a NokScoot 777, China Southern 777, Malaysian A380 and a fantasy ANA 747.

Hello everyone,

A long time without any update in these treads. Have had a very busy fall of last year, so have not been too good at keeping these treads up to date. However, hoping that 2018 will turn out better, I’ll start this year with some new models from last fall.

From Asia we have:

Air India Boeing 777-300ER “Star Alliance” VT-ALJ
Maskargo Airbus A330-200F 9M-MUB



VT-ALJ, a 10-year-old 777-300ER belonging to Air India, it was delivered to the airline in October 2007 and named “Bihar”. In 2015, it was repainted in Star Alliance livery after the airline joining the alliance the previous year.



9M-MUB, second Airbus A330-200F for Malaysia Airlines, it was delivered in 2011, this six-year-old aircraft now features an updated livery with new titles.

Hello everyone,

A new update of customs for the Asian tread, all completed during the autumn months of 2017. This time including the following.

JinAir Boeing 777-200ER HL7750
Pakistan International PIA Boeing 777-200ER “Retro” AP-BMG



HL7750 is a 10-year-old Boeing 777, operated by Korean Air from May 2007 until July 2016 when transferred to the subsidiary low-cost carrier JinAir, still featuring the same Registration as when delivered.



AP-BMG, Built-in 2005, this 12-year-old Boeing 777-200ER has seen service with two airlines. First delivered to Vietnam Airlines May 26th, 2015, she operated out of Vietnam for ten years with registration VN-A149. In October 2015 she was welcomed to the fleet of Pakistan International, became the fourth retro livery of the airline.

VT-JWR, 5-year-old Airbus A330-302, delivered to Jet Airways on December 17th, 2012.
VT-JWS, 5-year-old Airbus A330-302, delivered to Jet Airways on December 12th, 2012.



P-552, One of the few still operational Tupolev Tu-154 still in service is this example from Air Koryo, North Korea. It was built in 1975 and is still in operating 43 years on. She was damaged after a small incident on August 15th, 2006 when she overran the runway on landing at Pyongyang Sunan Airport. In 2016, she also received a new external appearance when painted in the new Air Koryo livery seen here.



B-1466, One of the newest aircraft in Air Chinas fleet, this is the 10th Boeing 787-9 to enter service with the Chinese airline, delivered in Charleston August 11th, 2017.



B-2097, the third Boeing 777-FFT delivered to Air China Cargo, this 777F has been flying cargo for Air China since Delivered in March 2014.



V8-DLA, Boeing 787-8 Delivered to Royal Brunei Airlines October 1st, 2013.

All Nippon Airways Boeing 767-300



JA620A, All Nippon received this Boeing 767-381 in late 2010 as the additional order placed as compensation to the delayed deliveries of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.

A new month always means new models, for the Asian tread this time, we have models in scale 1:500 and 1:400.

Pakistan International Boeing 777-200LR
Pakistan International Boeing 777-300ER
Shanghai Airlines Boeing 767-300



AP-BGZ, a 13-Year-old Boeing 777-240(LR) delivered to Pakistan International Airlines in March 2006. Operated as one of the demo aircraft with Boeing before delivery with registration N6066Z
AP-BHV, Delivered to Pakistan International Airlines in December 2006, she was named “Thar – Colours of Desert” and painted in the Sindh Province” tail colours until October 2010.



B-2500, an 11-year-old Boeing 767-36D from Shanghai Airlines. This aircraft operated for the airline from September 2006 up until retirement in August 2017. It is here displayed in the new livery of the airline.

Thai Airways Boeing 747-400



HS-TGP, Delivered to Thai Airways in November 1994 and named Thepprasit. This was also the aircraft painted in the Thai retro livery between March 2010 and November 2013.

P4-KEB, One of three new Boeing 767-3KY ordered by Air Astana to replace the old two 767-306. P4-KEB was delivered to Air Astana in October 2013, fitted with winglets in 2013, and named “Sara”.


P4-KBH, The first Airbus A320NEO delivered to Air Astana and was delivered to the airline in November 2016.
P4-KDD, This is the planed second Airbus A321NEO for Air Astana. Her sister P4-KDC was delivered in the last days of December last year. P4-KDD is planned for delivery later this year.


B-18007, this two-year-old Boeing 777-309ER was delivered to China Airlines in May 2016. It is painted in the “Boeing Dreamliner” special livery, similar to China Airlines previous Boeing 747-400 B-18210, which featured a similar livery from 2004 until 2012.



JA792A, three-year-old Boeing 777-381(ER) delivered to Japanese All Nippon Airways on May 18th, 2015.

B-6523, a 7-year-old Airbus A330-343 with Air China Since January 2011 and configured with 30 business class, 16 economy extra and 255 economy seats.



VT-ANA, The first Boeing 787-8 for Air India delivered on March 7th 2014.



B-LXA, One of the youngest Airbus A350s with Hong Kong-based Cathay Pacific. This is the third A350-1000XWB delivered to an airline. Of which Cathay Pacific is the second airline to operate the larger version of the type, and this, B-LXA the first of the type. Delivered June 15th 2018.



HL7611 planned to be registered HL8213 but changed to the earlier before delivery. This Airbus A380-861 is operating with Korean Air since May 2011.



9M-MAD, one of the six new Airbus A350-900XWB for Malaysia Airlines, originally planned to replace the Airbus A380 fleet, but these planes later changed, and the fleet now contains both types. With Malaysia Airlines since February 12th 2018.
9M-MAF, the second of the specially painted “Malaysia Negaraku” A350s, this aircraft was delivered to the airline on May 3rd 2018.



TC-OAD, a 26-year-old Airbus A320-212, originally delivered to Gulf Air as A40-EC in September 1992. She later flew with the Turkish airlines Air Alfa and Onur Air from 2002. In 2009, she joined the fleet of Iran Air as EP-IED, after a short period with the front company Waha Leasing as VP-CBZ in 2008.



UP-B3720, The newest type for Kazakhstani airline SCAT, originally destined for now default Monarch, she was delivered on March 28th 2018 featuring this new SCAT livery.



UK78702, One of the new Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner’s for Uzbekistan Airways, delivered on November 2nd 2016.
