5/27 Phoenix Models Pre-Order!!!

Since you're probably one of Phoenix's biggest retailers, do you know why they won't produce U.S. airlines? Is it because their U.S. distributor, ADI, won't sell them because it runs into their sister company, Gemini Jets, turf? Or is it more of a gentlemen's agreement that Phoenix won't protrude onto GJ's bread and butter?

Man, I wanna preorder but I'd like to get something in my hands sooner rather than later.. I've got 4 preorders in w/ Waffle and one (1) with another retailer... No models due in for weeks. I lost all the eBay auctions I was working on this week too.. *sigh* I wish GJ hadn't followed up a terrific month with two really average ones like they did!

Ha! I'm in the same boat. I have a few preorders from the Phoenix Special sale, plus I preordered both of the Lufty birds, the Mickey Westjet, and the Malaysian 777 from this months releases. Looking forward to their arrival. The best thing though? Waffle always comes through with the goods.

It's a good looking airplane. Boeing is calling it the 'Cloud 9'. Pretty clever.. goes right along with the 'Dreamliner' motif.

So are you guys selling the 747-8i? I contacted Diecastairplane.com yesterday and they informed me that the Lufthansa 748 wouldn't be available in the U.S.?
