New Life to Old Jumbos: 747-400BCF and BDSFs

Historically turning old passenger airliners into freighters has been a boon but in recent years the P2F market has not been as solid especially for larger types such as the 747-400. Both the BCF and BDSF programmes started well but then the bottom fell out of the market:
