Aeroclassics have been making some decent IL-76s in recent years (as had Witty). Considering the relative obscurity of the type it makes you wonder whether we might even see an Antonov AN-12 in future years (I see there's already one in 1:200).
Anyway there has been a seismic shift in the airlines of Russia from the year 2000 to 2010 and East Line is another of the relatively major airlines that has vanished in that time. It seems for the non-Russian audience airlines like this are obscure however they were a big airline in their day and here's a bit about them:
