I have to agree with you that GJ's quality control has gone down hill recently. I've sent back 2 models this year for major defects. One was a Cessna 172 that came with broken glass and wing detached, and one was a American Airlines 737 in the Reno Air retro paint. The green stripe was basically like it was still wet if that make sense. It was smeared and running. I was not happy with it.
