Hello, I am a member of ngmodel.com, I would like to order a model stated exclusive for members but cannot figure out how to go through the process. I tried to write a mail to their address mentioned on the site but it came back "access denied". Does anyone know how to deal with the case. Thanks

Hi - You can only use the exchange mall when it is open, which I don't believe it is at the moment. They advertise when that is on their social profiles. Also when it is open you can only do the exchanges via their mobile app and not on the desktop site.
