• SKYLAND 1/100 B.A LANDOR 747

Must say Im a sucker for the BA Landor 747's, having catered a few many years ago now, so a nostalgic fave of mine and your model is just one very nice piece to have. I envy you for having it in your collection. She's a "bloody beauty" !!!!
Well done on the addition to the collection mate.

picked up this corker at heathrow show on sunday from istari! 1 of 5 MODELS i
collected. was supposed to collect a 1/72 boac 747 from ashley, but he did not
get time to collect it from westway. so rang ben to get him to bringthis to theshow
instead!! the model itself is nicely detailed and is mint for its age, apart
from a small scuff mark on nose. enjoy the pics!!

    other
models i picked up as well.

Robert nice models mate the BOAC is it a Skylands model? I ask as I have two 1/72 Skylands QANTAS 747s and they are great models for their age. Love the Landor 744, she would be very home here with me too.

dave, sadly no idea who the maker is. but not too worried. its a corker, and that's the main thing. both these models were no more than a 1/200 smallworld 747 or dc 10!!! @ £175.00!! a 1/100 model from westway is £329-349.00 and a 1/72 is £629-649.00!!! so these were well cheap for the price, and in mint condition. <div>thanks for offer john, but you would have to send around £200 shipping fee!!!</div>
