  • Korean 1/1000th scale

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/KOREAN-AIR-A...item4ac181b319

Because I collect Korean things, and despite some shaky feedback for the seller, I bought this; KOREAN AIR A380-800 B747-400 B777-200 Official model 1/1000.

These are not listed in the database. And I have never seen a 1/1000th scale plane before. This should be interesting!

I shall, and I'll try to get it added to the database.

Sorry, I rarely come to the forums. (DIMA is great, IMHO, though.) Below are the pictures. This purchase was well worth it, IMO.

Great catch there Sludge. I have only 1 x 1:1000 scale model my sister bought my on one of here Emirates flights. It is tiny! But a great space saver.

I'm glad you like your purchase. If your collection is themed towards a particular airline, then any scale model is acceptable.

The 1:400 scale models and especially 1:200 scale models can become very expensive, so this scale could be cost-effective for a lot of collectors.

Whoops! I forgot to mention a detail. There is no landing gear on any of the three, But all three have stands for that "in-flight" look. Sludge
