Unable to add models and want list

Hi,
I just opened a new account, speedbirdman, to log my 1/200 collection but it won't let me add any models, in fact do anything. What do I need to do to activate? please advise.

I had a diferente problem. The manufacturer isnīt registered and after sending the message to the fórum adm. and got no rersponse I added them as custom models.

Santos, sorry didn't see this. What issue are you having?

I was trying to add some models to my collection but I didnīt find them in the database. Iīve sent na email but it was denied . Will try to get more info about the models.

I did but got a message informing the request was denied . I canīt remember now the proper way to do that but let me know and I will do it again this time with more details of the models.
