How to Add a Plane Not in Database

Searched database & a plane in my collection doesn't show in database. Is there a way to add it.

I found 2 that I was trying to add. Listing descriptions for you:

Franklin Mint P-47 Thunderbolt "Chief Ski U Man II" Armour Collection 1/48 scale diecast model. & Hobby Master F-16C Fighting Falcon~U.S. Air Force "Thunderbirds" #1~3815.

I found other Franklin Mint P-47's & also the F-16D 2 seater. Just not these 2.

And does it really work? I submitted a model mid of march, even with some photos, and it never appeared in the db. I also never got an email telling me if it was accepted or rejected and also didn't get a reply when I asked about it. Therefore I hesitate to submit more models, even if I know several that are still missing.
