Model not in the database?

I have a Phoenix 1:400 Singapore Airlines Cargo B747-400 (9V-SCA) which does not appear to be in the database. What is the proper way to submit or add a model? The back of the box says Item No. 10564 Bar Code is 90006 10564.

The model is in the database ID 25615.

Thanks. Not sure why I didn't see it before. I poured over the search result for quite a long time. I see it now though. I was able to add it.
