Can someone clarify or show me location to where I can get an understanding of the Value Data Graph , Average Price Distribution data provided? Not sure what the shaded areas, dotted red line and where average paid values come from. Any guidance appreciated

Every dot represents a sale/transaction or offer for sale. They are sorted from lowest to highest. If you have the model a Green dot will show so you can see what you paid compared to everyone else. The red dotted line is the average, and the green/yellow/bars are an estimation of where a "low" "medium" and "high" prices are for that model

Thanks for the clarification. Would be nice if there was chronological price guide showing the year for the prices paid to see how models are appreciating or not appreciating. Sorry for delay response did not even realize I had a notification in here.

agree it would be nice, but not everyone provides a date, so its hard to judge where to put a price chronologically.
