Suggest adding NG Models as a highlited manufacturer in advanced database search

As title says, since NG Models is an active major 1/400 manufacturer I suggest adding it into the highlighted manufacturer for easier access.

Yeah it's surprising that we have DW in the highlights when they haven't released a thing in years but we don't have NG

Also, move up Panda Models and Aviation400/200, and maybe remove InFlight.
