--Hi Ops Manager,
I have a request which is not on the list.
How can I exclude a particular user/supplier/shop from my wants list?
The Problem:
I have a couple of models in my 'Want' list.
One of them shows in 'Trades' list as being available. So I get e-mails that it is available.
Scenario 1:
The seller is not contactable after numerous attempts via PM. So how can I exclude that seller?
Scenario 2:
The store / e-bay seller does not ship to my location. So how can I exclude the store or e-bay seller?
Hope you can come up with something helpful.
By the way, DiMA is making great progress. It is just that people find change hard and prefer to stick to the way they 'know best'.
All the best.

Good questions... so for the first part, ie the seller who is registered on DiMA doesn't contact you - we'll have to code up an ignore list, however this is more involved than you would think. Reason being is that for every model that we check for trades, we'd have to check against your ignore list. Doable? Absolutely, just will take some coding. I can't promise this on immediately, but I do think its something that would add value and we can work to put this on our to-do list.
For your second one, ignoring ebay - that is something we currently cant do. The reason being is that our script searches for ebay, but is not based on any specific user account - to do that we'd have to know your user id and password on ebay so we could access your ignore list there. This would be much more difficult to do.
I'm glad you enjoy the progress here on DiMA.. Agreed people find change very difficult; however we are hopeful that people will find our transparent honesty and dedication to the hobby community a nice positive in the world of our hobby. We hope DiMA is an improvement over other places that seem to be falling on hard times, lack of updates, and dedication to monetary income over the satisfaction of the users.. The best you can do for us right now is help promote us, tell your friends and others to come here and help build a great new community. The hobby needs one, and we hope we've built what is needed.

--Hi OM,
When I go to a model information page, then all the links in the left-hand pane goes to
This is for the Your collection, Model Value , Model Popularity and Model size links.
Example to work from:
I experience this in both SeaMonkey V2.17.1 and IE8, and FireFox V20.0.1
Thanks :-)

Good news, a graph showing the Average Price Distribution is now available in the Model Detail pages.
Here are some screen shots of the graph. If you hover over it, it tells you the price paid, and the user (only if the collection is marked public). Also the graphs convert to your local currency. Enjoy!--3 Photos

look @ all the goodies, i especially like the printable foils
. A minor point, how difficult to get all the smileys the same size?
I also LOVE the option to upload a pic straight from the model page, it's so efficient!!
Glad to hear you are happy with everything! And your smilies are fixed, and we added a few more too. We forgot to fix them after the upgrade of the forums last week. Enjoy!
