    AVIATION RETAIL DIRECT VISIT 16/07/2013

    well guys went for a rare trip to ARD today!! mainly went to finally neet RUI CHRISTINA (retroguy) at last! and to give him a 1/100 ana 787 which he bought off me to take back wit him. moin also came along too, who i had met before at ARD previously. rui will probably post some more individual models as he had all day there. i only had a couple of hours!!

    unexpected/surprise model seen today, was this 1/200 diecast boac 747 cargo!! it was a custom, (mot martin's) done for a customer. £150 gbp.

      Never seen a photo of a 'BOAC CARGO' 747? Does the model have a reggie, or is it a fantasy model? Thought BOAC didn't have a dedicated cargo 747 until they became BA and operated G-KILO? Anyone know any different?

        it was a custom done by ARD for a customer adrian. that's all i know.
