The manufacturer of the forums software does not currently have subscription emails working. In addition, the auto-subscribe feature (subscribe to a thread when you reply) is not working either. They have this planned for a future release of the software. needless to say, we have been complaining to them about this from day one.
So we decided to hack the code to get at least part of this working. As of today, if you are subscribed to a thread you will receive emails when someone replies to the thread.
1. If you reply to a thread you will be automatically subscribed to it (you can change this in your preferences)
2. If you want to subscribe to a thread that already but you don't want to make a reply, just Click the subscribe button at the top right of the main page for a thread, it will turn orange when you are subscribed.
