Airbus announces upgrade to A330 with the A330NEO

Looking through the news articles today, I found an article that Airbus announced today the A330NEO project. This will modernize the Airbus frame with two variations, the A330-800 and -900. Both will be powered with Trent 7000 engines, and will include other upgrades to both the interior and exterior.

No problem, I'm not a huge Airbus fan, but I do like the A330 and A340's. I know the A340 won't be retrofitted, but seeing the A330 with new engines and A350 style winglets makes it look very sharp. Another excuse to just re-buy A330's Diecast's when these get made into 1:400's and 1:200 scales.
