Hello,

I've bought an aircraft model on this www.hollandmegastore.com and after buying the model, ive been seeing that the burglars don't send the models and keep the money for them.

I paid via credit card and i'm thinking on pressing charges in the police.

Any advice on what to do next?

I know if you are located in the US you can dispute the credit card charge within 60 days after the statement date the charged appeared on.

You would dispute the charge with the bank that issued your credit card.

I would call the bank who issued the credit card and explain the situation, and dispute the charge if within the dispute window parameter.

If you are located outside the US, I would still contact as above to find out your options.

You could try to start a chargeback procedure at your card issuer bank. Best, if you have a police report. It is a long time, but often success.
