What a crazy shift at work today. 10:30 am to 8:00 pm . I am beat after this one. I got a lot accomplished but really feeling it right now.

Having some issues here with PC agaon so if i vanish u lnow whats happened, its kaput ahgain., damn thing i tell ya.... been bak to shop with it twice this morn and replaced the brand new graphics card in itm was corrupted why i dont know??? anyway see how it goes

Just a bit of drizzle up here Mike and looks quite calm too, no wind at present.

Sunny here in Adelaide, went down to 3.5 overnight, up to a max of 13.5, coldest day here so far since last July, just gone 1600 here, and even with fan heater on im shivering

With the Olympics now 50 days away it's time to up the pace down at the gym. Got to bet in tip top shape to spend 21 days glued to the box, so todays trolleys will be over flowing with beer and crisps. Mrs J-R lost the toss and will be pushing the lager lorry around the supermarket.

Mrs J-R reckons that by the time the para-olympics are on she'll need one of those special gadgets to helpher open those ring pull Guiness cans.

Well I went out fishing this arvo. Plenty of fish but didn't keep any. Half a dozen or so small tommies, a st, 3 undersize KG whiting(1 was JUST under :/) and a zebra fish. The tommies and ST got luck because I've run out of bags and salt to freeze them for bait haha. :P

Our weather the past couple of days has been hot around 25 degrees but the past 2 days we have had major thunder storms roll through. Looks like another nice day today.
