            • It will be good for you to be able to start doing things after such a long wait, i hope you get enough funds from this first transaction to be able to sort yourself out. Have you had estimates for having the drains moved? and having a new fence?

                  • I was bloody lucky, first shed was built years ago (the one that will be dismantled) then a 2nd shed was ajoined a few years later, luckily the 2nd shed JOIN, is within my property by half meter, so original shed can simply be disconnected and removed, have to get power removed too!!! Just very lucky the join is within my property!!! Other wise a shed wall would have to be made. Which would incurr further costs of course.

                    • Just to change the mood of this thread. Today is always a tough day for myself. It was 3 years ago today that my sister , my father and myself had to make a very difficult decision. We had to take my mother off life support. Mother you left everyone too soon you are dearly missed by everyone.

my advise to everyone if you think you a medical problem see medical help. If she had done this she probably would still be here today.

                        • Hey Mark, very sad to hear mate. It is very hard when an anniversary like this comes around, but take comfort knowing that she is in paradise, not suffering anymore. I am sure she is looking over you guys.

                              • Sad to hear Mark, She's in a better place now though. Best to think of the good times instead of the what if's, they tend to make you walk in circles in your mind and don't make things much better.

I always say that too, not to sound paranoid but if you don't feel well, get it checked out.
