  • Cleaning help!

    Hi all,

Could anyone tell me the best thing for cleaning the models? So that it does not harm the paintwork? I have mainly Inflight and Gemini models. I know there are so many ingredients in products these days and i just want to avoid any harmful ones.

    Many thank's.

I use a make up brush that I stole from my wife. Do NOT use water to clean up the models nor alcohol or other chemicals to clen the models.

I use just a bit of cotton to clean it.

A tip: never hold the models with your fingers, as sweat or oil from skin can cause future blemishes. Always hold them with a soft glove or a piece of cotton.

      Regards,
      Daniel

Although I prefer to keep them in their boxes, some models do show traces of dust after being displayed in shops. I use soft ostrich feathers for my 1:500 scale duster.

I use a thick soft make up brush. It doesn't damage the models and is large enough to make the job easy.
