</div><div>Hey mate was awesome meeting you too. It was the slowest drive home, felt sorry for who ever was driving behind me, but I must say the model made it back in a one piece. Ive pretty much placed it together smack bang in the middle of the lounge haha... Mrs was not impressed but loves it.. not as much as I do. Thank you so much, when I finish my model, would like to have you over so can see it person.</div>

After a mishap in the weekend with one the concept models received from Dino (not pictured in the AIA Model thread) rather then throw it away I thought it would be a good idea to recycle it.. and it actually turned out great.

Still early days yet but here are some camera test shots that im very pleased with.

Exterior shot - A380 serviced by airport staff

Interior shot looking out the window at the A380 - Definitely my favorite shot so far.

                        Hey guys,

Just finished painting and detailing the parking area.. I also did more test shots with recycled pieces of the damaged concept model. So far it is looking very promising and is giving me great insight on how to build something similar.

Nice photos Jase.. Have you ever considered getting some acetone and wiping the Austrian markings on the GSE and replacing with Air NZ??

The thought never really crossed my mind but to be honest I might not... it came is a set and prefer to leave it as a complete set... I do plan on buying this tho... a retailer here usually does a lot of $1 reserve auctions and he is going to be some these in it so just waiting for to happen and then ill go for gold haha.

Ahhh yes, they are very good. I have one on display, and she set me back $20aud for 1 piece!! So at a $1 or anything under 20, you will be laughing!
