As many of you know I am an LAX guy by birth and have enjoyed some good spotting there over the years. However, I recently spent some time at JFK and I think New York has LA beat...
Some of the really cool airplanes I saw include:
Aer Lingus 757
British Airways A318
Royal Air Maroc 787
Japan Air Lines 787
American Airlines 757 (new c/s)
Korean Air Cargo 747-8F
South African A340-600 (two of them)
El Al 747-400
TAM 767-300
Emirates A380
Air France A380
Air China 747-8i
Lufthansa 747-8i
Aeroflot 777-300ER
Brussels SN A330-200
Aerolineas Argentinas A330-200
Finnair A330
I also saw a Kalitta 747 Classic, and a boatload of slow climbing Delta MD88s leaving smoky trails behind them... plus several of the new winglet equipped JetBlue Airbus...
I was in dork heaven
