Its weight loss surgery mate. Basically decreasing my stomach to around 25% of its original size. This will mean that im full on the first plate and help with the weight loss.

Had a real Dads Day treat. Easyboy managed to steer his little orange A319 right over the top of my house on his way back from Pisa. Sadly the cloud base prevented me from getting a good look, so didn't see him waiving out of the cockpit window. Should be over again on his way to and from Amsterdam.

Another start to the working week. Started with a heavy down pour followed by cold winds. Pretty chilly day here in Auckland but it has stopped raining.

damp overnight here, dry now with a few sunny patches here n there, Chilly but calm at moment!!!
3 hours to rehab appointment, then shopping on way home. Hope ya doing well Jase, all ok here mate.
