          • Yes they do. Also our company of course has a website. Now the website contains 80,000 to 100,000 items and the stores between 18,000 to 20,000 items. Customers call and say is this item in your store. I look it up on our inventory screen and no store across Canada has it. I let them no sorry it just available on line. They come back with is it available in any of your other stores. What don't they understand it is available only on line.

                • Today being day off was full of errands. The biggest being getting my car serviced. It was long over due for an oil change and very long over due for 2 new tires. Since it time to re-register the car it needed it's emissions test. Booked in for 9:00 am got there at 8:45 and was back on the road at 9:45. Was not expecting to be back on the road that quickly. Yes it passed the emissions test. When I compared the results from 2 years ago the numbers were better this year. Just another government tax grab as far as I am concerned.

                  • Gee, that is pretty good Mark. We only have to do a roadworthy test when we register the car in our name for the first time! As for oil changes, my car is due in January 2013!

                    • Here in Ontario cars 5 years or older have to have the emissions test every two years. So mine is every two year since it is a 2006 model.

                      • Every 2 years for a 2006 model! I wonder what people who drive classics have to go through.

What do you guys pay for yearly car reg? Here in Aus it is $650+ a year!

                            • what a day its been, A Sydney radio station does a hoax call to a hospital in the UK , ok it was funny, typical aussie humour and involved the DJ's impersonating the Queen and Prince Charles enquiring as to the condition of Kate in her pregnant condition, well the woman (Nurse) who took the call committed suicide, and she only transferred the call to another nurse who did give out a few details. Media has gone mad, blaming the radio station and its announcers, Its plain to see the nurse had issues before she suicided but the media has made a Mountain out of a mole hill
As they do. Repercussions are still going on and a harmless prank has gone sour unfort, due to bad timing? She had issues but the media ponts the finger at Aussies who had a bit of comedic fun and sadly are now suspended from the airwaves "until further notice" because some idiot woman cant take a joke or more likely, cant take life in itself!!! Media, hopeless bunch of missfits who sell stories for self gratification. If the story appears boring , spice it up and sell it world wide, and they surely did
Sorry to those who may be offebded but I call a spade a spade, the hyped up media re this seriously Fu@@ s me off.
Makes us Aussies look bad in a situation which has clearly been blown way out of proportion
Way this worlds going you would wonder if anything you say to someone could trigger them to suicide, and im serious

                              • Steve, I agree on a few points like yes it was a joke, yes its very, very sad she took her life and yes the Media is now asking for blood typical of the mainstream media. However, these days I'm less and less proud to be Australian, when a 'joke' like this is pulled. We all say ha ha ha and never think of this poor woman and the effects on her lwork, friends and sadly her life! It disgusts me!

Australians are known for being jokers, however this time I'm on the media side, enough is enough I'm sick of this country with its ah she'll be right mate' attitude and 'oh its a bit of fun'. its now cost someone's life! Its so cringe worthy I am ashamed!

Now two radio hosts and the heads of the Aus Stereo Network have blood on their hands, and so far we have a statement saying they are standing down theri radio show and say s h i t like 'we deeply regret our actions. Sorry not good enough! Aus Stereo Network have done this too many times, Kyle Sandellands with the girl who was raped at 14 and now this. This bullsh*t that these radio staions pull is just plain sick! I havent listed to them in a while and now I do hope that the family of the poor nurse and the Hospital, and the Royals for that matter sue them for every last penny!

Rant over in no way is this a shot at you mate, I'm over these so called shock and prank crap radio staions do, just play music for christs sake!
