It looks like things are hotting up at 400SH (Gemini Forum with Rod going off about Communofascists) and DaC (400 Scale Forum: the August Aeroclassics thread where Andrew and Todd seem to have stirred the locals up!)
Hopefully we can remain somewhat more even tempered here, although some of those posts are admittedly darn funny! [img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]

Good to see the Aussies finish with a respectable medal tally at the end, did reasonably well I think up against the other bigger countries.

yes everyone has been busy and tied up watching the Olympics. Good to see people starting to come back and post. Yes there has been controversy on the other forums. As Steve said any post that is not to forums taste will be dealt with. I do not see that being a problem here as members respect each other.Comment

Well, today a wonderful addition to my collection landed at the landing strip of YWOL, VH-VOZ! [img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img] This model is outstanding, a true keeper this one! More and more am i becoming a loyal collector to Phoenix and their releases, just pure quality! The 773 is a colossal bird.
Also landed is another 773, the GJ Emirates "1000th 777". They have truly stepped up in quality GJ with this release. It looks outstanding as well. I will have to make a thread dedicated to my collection of T7's, i have over 12 now.
On a side note, I think i have struck gold with an AC TAA A300 from a seller in the UK, at a very reasonable price, unlike one i saw that sold on ebay for $260 a few weeks back [img]smileys/smiley3.gif[/img]. Just waiting on final mailing quotes. I will be delighted to finally have one in my collection. Will keep you guys posted on the final exchange of ownership!
