Ha Ha. back when I was PC stupid I had to go to Malwarebytes to fix my PC. Was lucky to download it as it blocks the download too if you don't already have it.

Anyway it found 37 mayor infections on the PC and cleared them all up. Took a few more things to make sure they were gone.

Only problem... The program was disabled by the viruses and it has never found another infection again even though I had some. I had to use other programs to find and get them out. This is war in the trenches here guys.

Has never worked again. Would scan but not find anything even if you knew they were there.

Got rid of it and downloaded the new version but it wanted money. No more free version once you get rid of it I guess.

    Tat's All.

      • Bit of excitement today, loaded up on a big stingray on whiting gear. Problem is the reel is capable of 15lb drag and I was running 15lb braid, but I was using only 12 lb mono. Yup you can guess what snapped. Oh well, it was good fun while it lasted, those things sure pull! It was slowing down as I was slowly tightening the drag, I even momentarily stopped it as I grabbed the spool, trying to turn it, but then I guess I tightened it too much for the mono. Ping. Now I want to get a heavy outfit, like 50lb braid at least, and go back and have another shot at the rays.</span><br style="color: rgb51, 51, 51; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: 17px; ">(This was at the breakwater in front of Whalers Inn @ the Bluff.)</span>

                • Well big day for me tomorrow, moving down to London permanently to enter the real world and start my job at GSK (on Monday!). Apart from 3 months last summer not somewhere I've spent a lot of time so a lot to get used too! All my family and the majority of my friends live up north too so It's a big change of scenery but exciting too!

                  • Congratulations, what region of London are you moving to? I live in Hounslow, which is very lucky for a spotter! All I need to do is look out of my window to see landing/taking off aircraft!

                    • Hi Patryk, Thanks! Welcome to the forum! I'm moving to Ealing and will be working in a rather tall building under the Heathrow flightpath which is a nice bonus, so its a similar situation!

<div>Hi Andy. When you get a bit of free time perhaps we could meet up for a coffee somewhere. Don't know whether you have visited the old Heathrow spotters area (small ARD shop there)on the northern perimeter road or visited the mainARD just up the road.</div><div>Are you going to be reliant on public transport? or do you have a set of motorised wheels to get around in. Perhaps you could come and visit chez J.R.</div><div>Will PM you my mobile number for direct contact purposes</div>

                          • Hi Mike,<div></div><div>Would be good, I've visited ARD's main shop in hillingdon (Tube and then walk down the road)but I'd imagine the Heathrow one would be easier to get too on the tube as I'm very close to a Piccadilly Line station (Yeap no wheels, an unaffordable expense combined with rent at the moment) but yeah I should be able to do either of those, so i'm sure we can sort something out. Will reply with mine via PM for you.</div>

<div></div><div>visitors centre at HLR is nowhere near a tube station unfortunately. Picadilly line gets you to T1 &amp; 2 in the centre of the field. Hatton Cross is on the south eastern side of the field and the vistor centre is on the north side(a good 30 min walk round the inner perimter road. Not sure if there are any pedestrian footpaths between them)</div>

                              • He could try taking the Piccadilly Line to Hounslow East then taking 111 to ARD.
