--Electras remained unconfirmed, I can imagine them looking great in that livery. I do know that at that time, they were all wearing a Hybrid Air Nz/Qantas livery (Aeroclassics made a model of it). Anyway, might give that 747-200 a shot at bidding tomorrow, they seem hard to come by, and at 15 dollars... that's a steal.Check Out My Collection @ DAC! - Aaron.

--The livery is beautiful, the aluminium underside really sets it off, retro but innovative, on par with the Nalanji and Wunala liveries. I'm inpatient as to see what this BigBird Mk 2 Nalanji model is, as I haven't seen it on any of the databases!Originally posted by ALITALIA_747Yeah mate, if you can get that B747 it will be a steal! Great looking model, i was lucky enough to get mine from Mike aka Jolly Roger.

--A very nice example of Nalanji. They got the colours spot on, the only thing missing though was the Wingtip Antennae's, but with only 10 of them being in existence, I wouldn't say no to having it in my collection.Originally posted by ALITALIA_747Mate, i have not seen one either, so will be curious to see your photos. I have seen the GJ sample Nalanji before! Makes you wonder why they never released it!
After doing a quick google scan, apparently the BigBird Mk 2's are the exact same things as Sky400, but sold under a different brand. Must be some brand name politics with Johan Chan and Company.

--Definitely, I miss spotting them at YMML. I'm glad I got a Nalanji Poster from the Qantas Flight Training Centre at Essendon while it was still in service. They have a lot of cool stuff on the bottom floor of the building, it's just one room with all this retro Qantas stuff like the early prototype simulators, Pilot and Hostess uniforms, I think they had a seat from a 707, Advertising posters, the works really. Cool place to visit, hard to get in now because well, you know how the world is these days.Check Out My Collection @ DAC! - Aaron.

--Mate that sounds like an awesome sight to see. Last weekend I did a quick unplanned stop over at the airport and in the space of a half hour captured these with my phone... (sorry for the poor quality - I now leave a digi cam in the car for moments like this...)Originally posted by ALITALIA_747
I will never forget the 5-6pm Qantas B747 300 flights from Perth. I would watch the sunlight reflecting of those RR engines!! If your ever looking for a great place to visit, full of aviation memorabillia, go to the TAA museum off Mathews ave in Airport West.
ANZ - 777-200

ANZ - 777-300 (All Blacks)

ANZ - A320 - (All Blacks)

Was great to see all these arrive one after the other, even better as it was just and unplanned stop over on the way back home from my folks.
