• An all Gold Wallabies QF 747 would look great, with the Wallaby logo replacing the Kangaroo on the tail... could be a concept for the 2015 RWC.

Mate the only sin that comes to mind is that we gave Sonny Bill Williams one... and now weve even given him the NZ Heavy Weight Belt..

You got that right 100%. If I have a choice of flights I will take a BOEING over a scarebus.

          • Dont worry, Sonny should be out of the country and back in Australia by next year. He want to return to the NRL.

Well I know the Warriors would never be able to afford him... and if he joined, they should take his passport so he doesnt do a runner.

Jason yes I did. When I was visiting my daughter in Vancouver she took me down to the Seatle and we took the Boeing tour. We toured where they make the 747 , 777 , 767 and 787. Great tour well worth it. Saw the first passenger 747-8i waiting for Lufthansa to pick up. Plenty of 787's waiting. The airlines must have lots of money to order any aircraft. Boeing requires 1/3 of the price as a deposit at time of order , 1/3 of the price when it goes to the paint shop and the final 1/3 at time of delivery. The only down side to the tour NO PHOTOS allowed in the plant. There were at least 4 747's on the line when I toured. There was a FedEx B-777 in final assembly stage. The 787 looks really impressive.

                          • I will try to post photos of the planes outside the plant that you were allowed to take. I would recommend the tour to any airline enthusiast. My daughter has been three times now.
