    Can someone tell me why the DIMA website locks up on my PC for a week when I'm editing my collection? But if I create a hotspot with my phone and connect it to the PC, it works again...​

      Try either a different browser or incognito/inprivate window on your browser and see if anything changes. If you said it works on your hotspot it might just be your home internet or some sort of setting in your router/firewall.
