Hey Steve, yeah the builder is F@#$ us around a little. They sent a work/repaircontract out, apparently 2 weeks ago that needed to be signed, and it still has not showed up. Apparently they got the address wrong, how that is possible is beyond me! Because he physically came to the address!! If the paper work does not show today, i will call him back!

Good luck with the new home John! Some Builders can be real pains in the a$#es, I remember when my parents dealt with a real crooked one when we were going to build in Hedland Park in Sunbury, was a nice area too. Anyway, after much stuffing around and "Yeah I'll do it's" and "No I can't's" they just gave up and told him where to go, so we moved to Gisborne instead. People these days huh?

Well the repair contract came today as planned, finally. Steve was mentioning signatures on his thread, now i know how he feels. I need to sign over 8 pages, plus get a witness over 18 years old etc to sign them all also!!

He was flikin, i was sgning or initial, yep thats truth!!! 3 trees will be sacrificed by the time all this is done!!! In sure kleenex, could use the paper to wipe the ship im going through!!!

As u exp, the paperwork is astronomical, yest blew me away, sworn testament, whole lot, felt like was in court, not sign for temp loan!!!

Steve, did you sign the one that i sent to your solicitors? it mentioned about leaving all your model trucks to Mike and all your model aircraft to me, it was headed 'Last Will and Testament', i ask for it to be placed about halfway down the pile.[img]smileys/smiley36.gif[/img]
