--Yeah that sucks. I'm not mad over it, no use being so, I just talked to the guy who sold me it and he said he can send me dragon replacement gears and if that doesnt work I can send it back and he will try and find a Dragon, Tucano or Sky400 version. Is there anyone here who can give me a guide on how to replace dragon/flying colors 747 gears? Thanks.

--I'm not sure myself, never pulled a dw 747 apart. I hope it's easy to remove the gears. This is why i hate metal and rolling gears.Originally posted by alexczarnDon't they just drop in mate? the dragon gears?

--Aaron, i may be able to help you. I have replaced a whole B747 rear landing gear before on a few C&C/DW models. It is easy, but you dont want to scratch the model.

<DIV>Alex, sad to hear about your gear also. GJ landing gear replacments are very hard to come by. You should either by a cheap B767 and scrap it, or maybe contact Rod over on 400sh. </DIV>

--Thanks John, that would be great. The Flying Colors landing gears appear toe made of some kind of high carbon metal.Originally posted by ALITALIA_747Aaron, i may be able to help you. <DIV>Does it not crush your spirit, when you know you are waiting for a parcel. The courier drives in your street, you get your hopes so damn high! Then he just goes right past the house, and does not stop! Happened to me today, so im guttered lol.</DIV>

<DIV>So i decided to track her whereabouts today, and she was flying from LAX to LHR, and was above Minneapolis at around 33,000 ft cruising at around 500 knots.</DIV>

</div><div>I just purchased a camera too... not the best but a good stepping stone into photography. I have a friend who doesphotographyfor a living and earns a fair bit too so must be good haha.... anyways, shes offered to help train me and give some pointers. Cant wait.<div>
</div><div>Camera I purchased was aFujiFilm Finepix S2000 HD with 15x wide optical lens scored it for a $100 of trademe. No point investing in anything more expensive till I get better at it right.</span></div>
