My Nalanji came in. Turned out to be the Flying Colours model. 3 main landing gear are broken.... I heard the gear fittings are the same as dragon, is there any skilled hands here who could do a replacement job?... Anyone please? I wish I specified the make I wanted for it.. Any ideas? Need help on this, it's a must have model and I paid 60 for it.

Bad luck mate, also unfortunately my Australian Gemini Jets 767 arrived today but the port landing gear is broken. Anyone have any replacement?

Yeah that sucks. I'm not mad over it, no use being so, I just talked to the guy who sold me it and he said he can send me dragon replacement gears and if that doesnt work I can send it back and he will try and find a Dragon, Tucano or Sky400 version. Is there anyone here who can give me a guide on how to replace dragon/flying colors 747 gears? Thanks.

I'm not sure myself, never pulled a dw 747 apart. I hope it's easy to remove the gears. This is why i hate metal and rolling gears.

It is mate, I have several DW models and the gears are very easy to remove

Aaron, i may be able to help you. I have replaced a whole B747 rear landing gear before on a few C&C/DW models. It is easy, but you dont want to scratch the model.

Thanks John, that would be great. The Flying Colors landing gears appear toe made of some kind of high carbon metal.

Getting her gear off always takes so long, getting it back on is a hell of a lot quicker, Im sure many can relate to that!!!
