Did a walk down and up the beach with the trainer, then some ball handling skills and finished it off with the swim... cooled me right down.

Probs about 45/46 cm(It was longer than my ruler, I do have a brag mat on order now). Released to fight another day.

I always liked to fish Lady bay at low tide to get at the further out
holes, but last 2 times, both times I've fished high tide over the
intertidal reefs and scored solid flatties.
