<div>Steve , have you ever posted a pic of your 92 Falcon? Love to see it. Cooling issues generally not a problem in the UK. Can't remember the last time the fan switched itself on, and diesels run a lot cooler than petrol so it takes at least 20 miles before the temp guage reaches normal.</div>

Thinking about a thread on the sale of my back yard block, what goes on from decision to sell, real estate agent, advertising, sale of block, legalities involving the creating of the sub division, council involvement, financing and clearing of the block, shifting of sewer pipe, removal of trees and sheds, clearing of the block back to soil again, and subsequent land filling, foundations and construction through to completion!
So what shall I call the the thread??? any ideas folk?????

Still undecided what to call the thread at this stage, it needs something that covers beginning to end, obviously the actual building of the Townhouse will be the most interesting part of all, but the preparation work to enable the work to commence-in my case a sub division of half a property, becomes an even more complicated issue rather than that of a young couple about to build there first home on a vacant cleared block they have bought. Minor things they have to do, straight forward stuff really, my situation is much more complex, trust me!!! Would have been a lot easier and quicker to have walked away with a sale of the whole block, but I want to keep the location, and in future, I wont have to buy the land as I already have it, a saving of over 300 plus K

Well a bit of a celebration is in order I believe!!!! We now have all the original 5 mods back here together again, at last, and also celebrating my 100th post here on MAC, i dunno how that happened!!![img]smileys/smiley2.gif[/img]
