--Just found out the All Blacks 777 arrived to NZ Auckland today... bit bummed as the cemetery was only 2 minutes away and the plane arrived 20 minutes after we had left. Would've been good to finish the day on a high... would have bought a smile to my face thats for sure but ill see her one day soon.Jason

Just made my day mate. Funeral today was good but had its sad moments. Boy he truly was a big boy I tell ya. Casket was enough to fit 4 people in it and from what my dad was told they had to buy two plots at the cemetery. Taken too young but I know he will rest in peace now.
Ive sen ya a PM too mate.
Cheers again

This morning had to sign off on more paperwork with arranging sub division loan, re the yard sale, hopefully days or a week to process, then can pay some bills and get the sub div underway very soon.
A sign for parcel come today, could be the cars? or the semi, calling card was left, so i think the 1/87 cars have finally lobbed from Germany!!! Semi should arrive soon too!!!

--Hi Martin and everyone, windows etc not that in aware of, adding a shed, veranda, patio, rumpus room or any physical extension, incl a 2nd storey, must be approved! Some tree removal too, depends on trunk GIRTH, must be app, as also some native trees removal.
read recently here in adel 2 guys rem 3 native trees off their property for development
Cost them $35000 a tree= 105 K!!! ouch
Council regs vary by ward, diff rules for diff players, free land space is a hotty with my council ward, must be 35% of total land area no building!!! Dont care bout windows, doors and so on.
Started the new "START TO FINISH"thread, hope its of interest to all!
