• Howdee all, bloody chilly here in Adelaide today, 15.2 as i type, summers gone by the looks of it and next weekend daylight saving stops!!!
Clocks go back and it gets darker even earlier, I hate that!!!
And resetting clocks etc takes longer with digital stuff like video, fax machime, alarm clocks an so on , a rite PITA. Any luck we may see a warm winter but I seriously doubt it as UK, USA and Canada etc have had a mild winter so I think we gonna shiver this year
Big night sat. First of my mates turns 50, then over the next couple of years we all hit that milestone. Should be a good night if it dont rain. Half hour drive south from me and norm a couple degrees cooler than my place so will have to rug up I reckon
Will stay the night and return late sun morning.
Hope alls well out there with everyone.

Sorry Steve that's not chilly that is a good temp. Just to let you know we hit 25 yesterday and right now at 8am sitting at 18. Maybe you need to move here. As for your winter I have put a big order in of snow for you. You will get the snow we didn't get

• He he, might have to buy a snowmobile i think!!!! yeah its a shock back to reality for us yet warmer days are forecast yet, so hopefully a mild autumn.
Dreading the thought of winter coming, even tho winter in Adel is mild you become so accustomed to warm days and when a cold snap happens it really messes you up. That usually when the flu's etc start and it knocks people about, esp the elderly.
Guess we will see more YO-YO weather before the reality of winter really hits.

• Good morning woke to up to a cloudy but warm morning after 4 hours of sleep. I had to work yesterday from 8pm to 2:30 am which ended up being 3:15am. Got to bed around 4am and back up around 8:00am. Will get a few more hours sleep before going back into work at 2pm. Craxy work schedule this week.

Hi Steve. Yesterday here hit +29c with the humidex! Unbelievable for March. My mom was visiting for the last 2 days so we were out for lots of nature walks - so many birds and butterflies! Now I need a big time fix of "metal" birds!

• We could certainly use a 'back door' into this country Sal, i've just received a model from the States that cost me $71.71 usd, on top of that $13.40 usd postage and then when it arrived in this country £8.00 import duty plus another £9.16 vat, making the total cost approx £72.00. Quite expensive for a 1:400 model, luckily it's a L1011 Tristar in 'Landor' livery that i've been searching for, for a long time.
