She took her own life, events leading to this event............ well who knows, she had probs well before this happen and anyone who deals with this will tell you, theres the ones who suffer in silence and say nothing and ones who say it in front of friends, at the end of the day reality hits and until im proven wrong id say she had issues before the event.. It was definitely bad timing. Kyle Sandilands is known to be one of those devices that women use to clean their... you know, so it wouldn't surprise me if he lead someone to their death. He is a 'crabby' person... and I'm only putting that lightly because I can't swear on here. The media likes to stir things up to cause hype and get attention. More views = more money. I gotta agree with Dave to an extent on this country. Let's just not let these imbeciles represent us as people though.

Look, it is very sad that she has taken her own life, especiallyhaving two young kids! That being said,as Steve mentioned, she must have had some underlying issue before this! People dont just wake up and say hey, i am going to kill myself today! She must have had a few problems, and no doubt the prank call sent her over the edge!

John agree the prank is no reason to take one's life, there certainly must have been other factors as well that we do not know about.

We are expecting our first blast of winter. The forcast is 2-4 cm of snow followed by 1-2 hours of freezing rain then turning to rain. Glad I do not have to go out any more today. We also have a new airline into YYZ Philippines comes in but normally after 5 pm when it is dark so cannot see him. Today it was actually going to be early around 4:30 when there was a bit of daylight. So have the scanner going and radar 24. Heard him on the scanner saw him on the map but with this impending weather the clouds are too low. Could only hear him go by.[img]smileys/smiley21.gif[/img] Will have to wait for spring or hope he comes in early again.

Has anyone here every had paint fading issues on any of their Dragon Wings models?

I was looking at my Qantas 75th Anniversary 747-400, and the gold 'LONGREACH' titles on both sides have equally faded. You can see the titles, but they're very faint... and have lost their "gold" effect.

I was looking at my Qantas 75th Anniversary 747-400, and the gold 'LONGREACH' titles on both sides have equally faded. You can see the titles, but they're very faint... and have lost their "gold" effect. 

Never had any problems with my DW models! Have you had it displayed it in direct light? Only thing i can think of that would do it!

I have only heard of Herpa Wings Plastic models fading or yellowing. I have not heard of any problems with DW.
